not bad as far as delays so far. 11 minutes on the west side outer loop. here's a quick, live look at traffic. this is 97. no problems to report. this is 95 in harford county. big problems in the city. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> we begin with that stubborn fire at that is burning in fells point. >> kim dacey joins us live from the scene. >> we are here several blocks away from the scene which is in the 500 block of broadway. you can see the smoke and water that is flying. this is a very big fire.

four alarms. there have been no injuries to civilians or firefighters. they continue to fight this fire. the building has a partially collapsed. they're putting water on it just from the outside. it is the same building that caught fire several months ago. it is a supermarket building. the same building has caught fire. it is five floors of tall. it is taking so long to put that out. more than 100 firefighters on the scene. fleet street is blocked off. they are here and putting water

it is a cold start. there could be some frost on your windshield. here is the storm we have been talking about. it is still a good distance away. tomorrow, it is scheduled to come up the coast. the computer models have shifted further to the east which remain a lesser impact around baltimore. we're in the western edge of the precipitation. people and frederick man not see any precipitation. let me break this down for you. around baltimore, we will see a mix of rain and snow showers. but not cold enough to make it stick. the roads will be fine.

the temperatures in the low 40's. at the beach, rain will be likely. the further west you go, the less of an impact of the storm. for today, a mixture of sun and clouds. high temperature between 47 and 52. the wind at about 10. it will be dry this evening. temperatures back into the upper 30's by tomorrow morning. a chance for some rain or snow showers on wednesday or thursday. kind of a winter like. we expect sunshine and temperatures in the 60's this weekend. >> good morning.

a little difficult to get around the city because of fire activity we are following. there are closures on broadway between eastern and fleet. avoid those roads in the city for now. northbound 95, a disabled vehicle. 95 towards the beltway, no problems, 58 miles per hour. 55 on the west side outer loop. so far so good on 70 eastbound in towards the beltway. some delays will form shortly. up on traffic on 95 is good down towards the white marsh area. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> a rescue plays out near san francisco.

as a pastor, my support for question 6 is rooted in my belief that the government should treat everyone equally. i would not want someone denying my rights based upon their religious views, therefore i should not deny others based upon mine. it's about fairness. this law does not force any church to perform a same sex marriage if it's against their beliefs. and that's what this is about. protecting religious freedom and protecting all marylanders equally under the law. join me in voting for question 6.

remain on the scene in the firefighter block of broadway. it is behind the broadway market. smoke is pouring out of the building. the smoke is blanketing the sky over fells point this morning and permeating a few blocks away. a five story building is on fire. the same building caught fire in june. it is supermarket building that has partially collapsed. firefighters have had to fight this fire from the outside. we were just down there a few minutes ago. you can see the glow of the fire inside the open windows. lou can see the fire just goi

as we head through tomorrow, the storm is expected. most of the computer modeling has shifted to the east. that means the major impact will be closer to the eastern shore. if you're watching in the western suburbs, you guys might not get anything tomorrow. let's break it down. we start with the western shore counties. around baltimore, a mix of rain and snow showers. it will be cold enough for snow showers but not cold enough to stick. rose will be just fine -- the roads will be just fine. a better chance for some rain at the beach.

you can see and smell the smoke from a few blocks away. what we can tell you is there is a five story building that is on fire. this is the same building that caught fire back in june. it is a supermarket building. this fire is that four alarms. over 100 firefighters training fire hoses on the building. it is a stubborn fire. they are trying their best to put it out. there are no injuries associated with this fire. part of the building collapsed. firefighters moved outside to keep themselves safe.
